COMMERCIAL INTERIOR DESIGNER / INTERIOR ARCHITECT

We now have an opening for a Commercial Interior Designer / Interior Architect to join our team.

DESCRIPTION

This key position will suit a competent all-round designer who can confidently take a project through all required stages to completion. Your scope of work starts with ideas and generating concepts, developing these for 3D client presentations and then following through with working drawing packages.

You will have a sound understanding of FF&E, material selection, colour, and be comfortable working both collaboratively and independently. You will be in direct contact and communicate with clients, contractors on site and external design teams.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Degree in Interior Design or similar

4+ years demonstrable commercial interior design experience - retail, workplace or hospitality

Ability to contribute to all project phases: strategy and research, concept designs and plans, and working drawings and specifications / FFE

Sketch-up and V-ray

Adobe Photoshop and InDesign

2D Autocad

Salary commensurate with experience

INTERIOR DESIGN VISUALISER

As brill continue to develop into wider markets, we now have a position for an interior designer specialising in 3D computer visualisation to join our team.

DESCRIPTION

You will work closely with the design team to produce digital visualisations of proposed interior design concepts from floor plans, elevations, sketches and internal design reviews. The designer suitable for this role will have the ability to evolve the preliminary design information into high quality 3D models and visuals for client presentations. You will refine and amend visuals based on team and client feedback and explore creative concepts at appropriate project stages.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design or similar 3rd Level Qualification
